At Wease Fine Jewelry, we want you to love your jewelry. Whether you shop with us online or visit our store, we stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of each piece. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
Eligibility:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date (in-store) or delivery date (online).

Items must be:

In original condition and unworn

Returned with original packaging and all provided documentation (e.g., certificates, appraisals)

Accompanied by your digital receipt or order confirmation email

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items

Jewelry that has been engraved, resized, or altered post-purchase

Final sale or clearance items
In-Store Purchases

Return the item to the location where it was purchased, along with your digital receipt (email or screenshot is fine).

Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment or issued as store credit.

Gifts may be returned for store credit only.
Online Purchases
How to Return:

Request a Return Authorization (RA):
Email [support@yourstore.com] within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return. -
Package Your Return:
Securely package the item with its original box, all included documents, and a copy of your email receipt or order confirmation. -
Ship Your Return:
Use a tracked and insured shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect. -
Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please complete a return and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your item is damaged or incorrect. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and resolve the issue promptly.
